There are self-guided audio tours as well as guided tours available at the museum. Everyday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a free talk session is held on the artworks and also on the upcoming exhibitions and events. Special events are held on Friday evenings. The museum remains open daily from 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., except all Thursdays. On Fridays however, it closes at 7:45 pm because of the special events and exhibitions. It remains open on all holidays apart from Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Tickets to the museum are available online as well as on the spot. Ticket for an adult cost $18. Students and senior citizens get a discount up to 20%. The ticket counter closes 30 minutes before the closing time of the museum.
