Hours of Boathouse:

- The general hours of Boathouse are as follows:

For lunch: 12 pm to 4 pm (on weekdays) / 9:30 am to 4 pm (on weekends).

For dinner (April through November): 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm (on weekdays) / 6 pm to 9:30 pm (on weekends).

- Boathouse features the Lake Room for banquets, the dining site located on the English Garden and by the Central Park Lake. It is next to the Boathouse and encompassed by French doors on both sides. It is available for events for all kinds, like conferences, fundraisers, vacation dinners and wedding parties. The hours for the Lake Room are as follows:

On Saturday, the Lake Room is available from 9 am to 5 pm / 7:30 pm to 1:30 am.

On Sunday, the Lake Room is available for banquets from 9 am to 4 pm / 6 pm to 12:30 am.

The hours for weekdays are flexible.

- The outdoor bar & grill located on the deck is opened from 11 am to 11 pm April through November. You can sit in the open air, watching the rowboats, lake, swans, trees and skyscrapers while tasting the light cocktails. Please note that this section might be closed for unexpected weather.

- If the weather is not permitted for outside dining, move into the indoor deckside dining room which also offers awesome sights over the deck and the lake. This section is open to the guests from 8 pm to the closure March through October, and offers services one hour prior in November, December, January and February.

- Boathouse also houses a small express cafe for fast food, including breakfast, light lunch, dinner, as well as snacks. This place is top pick for gatherings. Service is available from 8 am to 8 pm for each summer day and to 4:30 pm in winter.

Locations of Boathouse:

Boathouse is nestled in the center of Central Park, the northeastern tip of the Park Lake. It is within steps from Fifth Avenue and 72nd Street. The physical address is East 72nd street and Park Drive North In Central Park.

- Boathouse itself offers free shuttle service running from and to the Fifth Avenue. It will stop at the corner of 72nd Street, 80th Street close to Metropolitan Museum's garage, as well as 90th Street, to pick up and drop off guests. This trolley service starts at 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, and at 11 am on weekends.

- If you prefer self-driving, you should keep in mind that vehicles are only permitted to get into Central Park from 7 am to 10 am / from 3 pm to 7 pm on weekdays. Visitors with vehicles are advised to park at the Metropolitan Museum Garage located at 80th Street & Fifth Avenue and use the Boathouse Shuttle buses to get to the restaurant.
