The founder and head instructor of Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp is Ariane Hundt, a personal trainer with a masters degree in nutrition. Instead of acting like a military sergeant, Hundt takes a compassionate approach to cheer you up and motivate you to keep going. She is such a genius to come up with the brilliant idea of blending workout with the most fabulous view of New York City.

The Outdoor Season begins in April!
Come on and bond with the fellow Boot-campers! Classes at Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp take place on an ongoing basis. So you can start anytime you want. How many classes to take is depending on you too. Surely the more you take, the faster the results. Price for each class is $20. Or you can get discount packages:
- 20 sessions: $15/class (expires after 12 months)
- 10 sessions: $16/class (expires after 8 months)
- 5 sessions: $18/class (expires after 5 months)
- First-timers: $15 (expires after 1 month)
If classes start on the Brooklyn side, meeting place is at the steps leading up to the Brooklyn Bridge at Cadman Plaza & Prospect Street. If classes start from the Manhattan side, you'll meet at the little park right by the Manhattan-side entrance ramp to the Brooklyn Bridge. Make sure you arrive on time each class! You can sigh up at:

Six other programs are available!
Apart from the innovative Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp program, they have introduced and promoted six other programs. They are Central Park Boot Camp, Running Program, Slim & Strong, Personal Training, Kickstart Weightloss and Nutrition Workshop.
Central Park Boot Camp is just as intense as Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp. Slim & Strong is a 4-week program designed to get you results fast. Running Program will get you to run your best race. Kickstart Weightloss creates lasting changes in your body. One-in-one personal training offered by Ariane is available in Personal Training program. At Nutrition Workshop, Ariane teaches you how to keep a healthy diet and get your fat burning.

Ultimate Wellness Bootcamp for 7 days of Fitness!
Cooperated with Join Stefanie DiLibero of Gotham Wellness, Ariane Hundt will start the Ultimate Wellness Bootcamp on April 24, 2011. It will last for 7 days. During the week, campers will stay in Playa Cocles. It's a jungle beach paradise just outside the Caribbean town of Puerto Viejo. It's a week about boot camp, yoga, adventure, and relaxation!
