Bronx Zoo In New York City- Awesome Experience To Learn About Wild Animals
The Bronx Zoo is one of the largest urban zoos in the US. It is home to several animals from monkeys, sea lions, sloths and lions. It also has a Congo exhibit which has pythons, gorillas and other animals that have their origin in Central Africa. It is a modern zoo and the animals are placed in re-creations of the real ecosystems they exist in while in the wild.
One of the locations that you can visit while you are the Bronx Zoo is Tiger Mountain which is a shelter that allows you to come close to the Siberian Tigers as they frolic in the pool. The tigers usually take a nap in the afternoon therefore the best time to visit is in the morning or in the evening.
