
A Brief Intro of Morgan Library: A Museum and Research Library in New York City
The Morgan Library is one of the best landmarks in New York. It was founded in 1906 as a private library of J.P. Morgan. The building was designed by Charles Mckim. And it opened its doors to the public in 1924 and it was also made as a public institution by J.P. Morgan's son.

There were some major renovations which the library undergone and it was completed in 2006, where the three buildings was joined with a glass courtyard. Some of the library's highlights include the Gutenberg bible and the original Mozart and Beethoven manuscripts.

In visiting the Morgan Library and Museum try to join the free tour on weekdays at 2pm. If you can't manage to join the tour the library's security guards are also happy to help you with your queries about the display in the museum and library. The library is open at 10am until 5pm on Tuesday to Thursday. And they are open at 10:30am until 9pm on Fridays.

The Library is not good for kids though. The exhibits and displays are for grown-ups and not for the little ones to enjoy. The collection available in the library and museum are very impressive. And there are a lot of people which enjoy going there and learn a new knowledge.
